Vinod is currently the Head of Growth at Spire.AI Copilot for Talent, a position he assumed in September 2024. Prior to this, he held various roles at Subex from October 1997 to September 2024, including Member Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Group President, President RMS Business Unit, Vice President of Global Sales, Director – Europe, Middle East & African (EMA) Region, Deputy General Manager, and Regional Manager. Before his tenure at Subex, he worked as a Marketing Executive at Crompton Greaves from December 1992 to September 1997, and as an Engineer at Ashok Leyland from September 1991 to November 1992. Vinod completed an Accelerated Management Programme at the Indian School of Business in 2006 and earned a B Tech in Electrical and Electronics from the College of Engineering Trivandrum from 1987 to 1991.
